HOTEL RESERVATIONS & CHANGES
A link to hotel reservations is included at the end of the reservation process. If you need to make changes to your reservation or did not make a hotel reservation, please visit the following site.

The Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency Atlanta and Atlanta Hilton are now sold out.

Hotel reservations should be made at the end of the registration process.  If that step was omitted, you will need the confirmation number listed on your confirmation letter and also the e-mail address listed on the letter.

HOUSING POLICIES
One room per attendee. If a hotel room registrant is not registered for the Convention, NAPSLO reserves the right to cancel the registrant’s hotel room reservation without notice.

When making your reservations online, please note that the Annual Convention begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 15 and a limited number of hotel rooms are available on Sunday, September 14. Hotel rooms in the Atlanta area are in great demand and we expect the hotels to sell out, so please use the online link to complete your hotel reservation. Room rates are not guaranteed beyond August 13. Rooms may sell out prior to the registration deadline. NAPSLO may not be able to accommodate a reservation for you at the Convention hotels.

Suite forms can also be downloaded and submitted to NAPSLO (vicky@napslo.org), however, forms will not be processed if you haven’t registered for the Convention.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
A credit card is required to process all reservations. Your card will be used to guarantee your room for one night’s room and tax.  Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to your arrival without incurring a one night’s room and tax penalty.  Should you make any changes to your reservations after that time or shorten your stay, your one night’s deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be canceled for all nights and your deposit will be forfeited.  There will be no refunds for changes or cancels 14 days prior to arrival.

HOTEL, SUITE & SLEEPING ROOM CHANGES
Suite changes must be made with Vicky Fleming at vicky@napslo.org. Sleeping room changes can be made through the hotel reservation link listed on your e-mail hotel confirmation.

HOTEL EARLY DEPARTURES
Room and tax will be charged for early departures or changes in departure date after 14 days prior to arrival, check in or checkout.

HOTEL SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS & DIETARY NEEDS
Accommodations for disabled registrants can be made. Please e-mail a written description of needs to debbie@napslo.org. Please e-mail Debbie Hill, Director of Meetings & Conventions at debbie@napslo.org, with any special dietary needs.

SUITES POLICIES
All requests for suites must be made by e-mailing the Suite Reservation Form to vicky@napslo.org. Suite reservation requests prior to the night of Sunday, September 14 or after the night of Thursday, September 18 will be handled on space available basis. You must be registered for the Convention prior to submitting a suite form.

A limited number of suites are available Sunday, September 14. Suite confirmations will be e-mailed directly from the hotel, but please allow time to process. All changes in arrival or departure dates should be e-mailed to vicky@napslo.org.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE NEEDS IN SUITES
Once you receive confirmation of your suite type, please coordinate your food & beverage needs with the hotel contacts noted below. Please finalize your food and beverage needs for your suite at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
