Registration Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Click here to register online. This is the preferred method of registering and reserving your hotel room.

If you prefer not to register online, please download the registration form and mail to NAPSLO. However, please allow at least seven days to receive confirmation. We encourage you to utilize online registration for more efficient processing of Convention registration and hotel room reservations. The online tool above allows you to register for the Convention and also use the hotel reservation link to reserve your hotel room. You must be registered for the Convention in order to reserve a room. NAPSLO reserves the right to cancel any rooms registered under the NAPSLO hotel room block by non-attendees.

To reserve a meeting room or suite, you must download and submit the forms to NAPSLO.  Forms will not be processed until your firm is registered. Brokers' Lounge tables can be reserved when registering online.

PAPER REGISTRATION
You may download paper registration forms from the Meetings section of NAPSLO’s web site to use to register for the Convention. After submitting paper forms you will receive a confirmation letter from NAPSLO, and a hotel reservation link will be provided on the letter to direct you to hotel room reservations.

BADGE POLICY
Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge. NAPSLO reserves the right to charge a full registration fee to any individual wearing a badge other than their 2014 Annual Convention Badge.

Registration materials, including badges, will only be provided to the registrant upon presentation of his or her business card or identification card. Badges are required for all NAPSLO functions. Lost badges will not be replaced.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE
Recommended dress for the Opening Reception and sessions is business casual attire (sport coat and slacks for men and pants or skirts for women).

REFUND POLICY
All requests must be made in writing. Requests received by the NAPSLO office prior to August 22 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Requests received between August 22 and September 1 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. There will be no refunds after September 1. After September 1, you must register on-site. Please e-mail cancellation requests to debbie@napslo.org. Refunds will be mailed within three weeks after request. Name substitutions after August 15 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

NAPSLO’s Convention Registration Desk will be located at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis; it will operate out of Atrium Level Foyer. The desk will be open for registration and packet pickup during the following hours:

Sunday, September 14
5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Monday, September 15
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 16
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 17
7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
