BROKERS' CLUB
The Brokers' Club will be located in Atrium Ballroom BC in the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and will be open Monday through Wednesday. The Brokers' Club is secured and requires a 2014 NAPSLO Annual Convention badge for admittance.

Approximately 80 private tables within the Brokers' Club are available for purchase. Firms may purchase up to three tables for $1,750 per table. Tables will be set for eight (8) people. Reserved tables are non-refundable after September 1st.

Firms who purchase a table prior to August 22 will be listed in the NAPSLO Annual Convention Program Booklet. The listing will denote the firm’s name, and a diagram will note the firm’s table location in the Brokers' Club. NAPSLO will also supply a table tent on your reserved table noting your firm’s name.

Brokers' Club Guidelines

1. 1.) Each firm may purchase up to three eight (8) person tables at $1,750 per table. No additional chairs may be added to the table.
   2.) Tables are available for use only during the Brokers' Club hours of operation.

• 3.) Audio/video, additional signage and exhibits are not allowed at the tables or anywhere else within the Brokers' Club area. Table signage with your firm name (as listed in NAPSLO records) will be provided; signage may not be altered.
• 4.) Food and beverage will be available throughout the day. Outside food and beverage will not be allowed within the Brokers' Club area.
• 5.) Brokers' Club tables are available to registered members only. Badges are required for all admission into the Brokers' Lounge and Club. The tables and the areas surrounding the tables are not to be used for storage of any kind.

BROKERS’ LOUNGE
The main Brokers’ Lounge will be located at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and a smaller lounge will also be located at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The Brokers’ Lounge is secure and requires a 2014 NAPSLO Annual Convention badge for admittance.

ZONES
NAPSLO will again divide the Brokers’ Lounge into five zones. Materials and signage may not be left on tables when not in use. Any materials and signage left on tables that have been vacated will be disposed of by NAPSLO staff.
